Lechtahler Alps 1979

In 1979 we hiked with aunt Joke and uncle Jan through the Lechtahler Alps. Joke and Jan had a lot of experience in hiking through the Alps and in this week they learned us a lot what to do and what not to do.

Unfortunately ended the week in disaster. During the last lunch in the mountains, a boulder came loose and ripped the tip of Christa's middle finger off her finger. Fortunately, the adrenaline allowed her to descend and be transported to the nearest hospital. There the tip was reattached to her finger.
